jinzo. I am trying another retrofit on a VW Tiguan MY2012 from Halogen to Bi-Xenon. As I did some experiments, currently I have an ugly brick T14/10 and T14/12 and LEDs work, main beams work, high beams do not work. From my understanding and checks everything should be wired correctly and T14/11 is the Shutter and goes to T52c/46 as per WD for Turned headlight off, not ever having to deal with many Bi-Xenon lights because the factory bulbs last 10-12+ years, I was not even sure where to start. Found a small plastic access cover on the housing just behind the core support, but I needed to move the Windshield Washer Fluid reservoir to actually remove the cover.

AG129. 282 posts · Joined 2016. #2 · Sep 4, 2020. Both the OEM xenon HID lights and the halogen lights use Glass lenses. The wiper system was an optional extra regardless of halogen or Xenon. The OEM xenon lights are completely plug and play. They use D2S bulbs for the low beams and H1 bulbs for the halogen high beams.
