When you click "yes" on it, the crash uploader appears and after clicking "Send Dump" an ID will be created where you can take a screenshot and post it here. Those are not the actual mod folders. Because the mod folder is inside this folder. For example in the Folder BannerlordTweak-49-1. is a folder called just BannerlordTweak. And this is the folder which is supposed to be in the modules section. When you manually download a mod you'll get it in .zip or .rar format.

2. Posted June 12, 2020. just updated my mods, also verified integrity, reinstalled Bannerlord, restarted my PC, everything. gpu drivers are up to date. the game won't launch, probably due to some mods i've got installed. here they are:
